777fe1's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777fe1 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
777fe1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory, legal or reputational risk.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of pending bonus obligations will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC. Voluntary closure does not constitute self-exclusion; if you wish to self-exclude, you must make a separate self-exclusion request.
Upon Account closure or suspension, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses of this Agreement that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability and dispute resolution provisions — shall continue in full force and effect.

Users in Pakistan must obtain their own legal advice regarding their obligations under Pakistani law, including — without limitation — the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any subsequent amendments or regulations.
Any disputes not resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process shall be referred to arbitration or the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, as applicable. Users waive any right to commence or participate in class-action proceedings against 777fe1.
777fe1 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, notice will be provided via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
